Cut the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon (be careful not to remove the flesh).
Grate the cucumber on the coarse side of the grater and mix it with the salt in a bowl. Leave it for 10' and then gently wring it out, without drying it completely from its fluids.
Mix the cucumber in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients to homogenize. Test for salt and lemon and add accordingly (it depends on the yogurt we will use.
