Masone Mannu Vineyard, located near Monti, close to Olbia, stands as a legend of excellence in winemaking, nestled amidst a stunning landscape of hills, rivers, lakes, and rich Mediterranean forest areas. Its ancient name, "Masone Mannu," meaning "great estate," reflects its expansive property, stretching over approximately 100 hectares, with 40 dedicated to meticulous vine care.
Since 2018, under the guidance of Giordano Emendatori, also renowned for the Tenuta Mara Biodynamic Estate in Romagna, the vineyard has embraced a path of sustainable viticulture. Specializing in the cultivation of the renowned Vermentino variety, Masone Mannu also nurtures additional varieties such as Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale Sardo, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Beneficial sea breezes, vineyard exposures, and abundant biodiversity contribute to cultivating healthy grapes without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers.
