The history of the Tosolini family begins with Bepi in 1918, marking the start of their journey into the art of distillation. From their first distillery in Friuli in 1943, Bepi dedicated his life to elevating grappa from humble origins to a globally recognized spirit. His wife Giovanna was his inspiration and ally in his vision.
By 1950, they moved to a new distillery in the heart of Udine, where their son Giovanni continued the family tradition. Today, Bruno and Lisa, Bepi's grandchildren, carry on his work at the distillery, keeping the tradition of grappa alive.
