56 ISLES Beer, also known as Paros Microbrewery, was founded in 2014 and began production in 2016 with the release of its first beer, a light pilsner named Blue Bottle Pilsner. This beer quickly became a success, winning the Great Taste Award in 2017. Its success led to the creation of their second beer, Aegean Wit, which uses local ingredients and reflects the heart of Paros. Following this, Session India Pale Ale and Pariani Lager completed their product range. In 2022, the company opened its TAProom in Naoussa, Paros, offering a unique experience to beer enthusiasts
