Instructions:

  • Beat the butter with the sugar until the mixture is "fluffy".
  • Slowly add the flour, vanilla and salt and knead.
  • Add the egg to the dough and beat until incorporated.
  • Leave the dough in the refrigerator to "rest" for an hour.
  • Shape and cut into the desired shape.
  • bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
